    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
    • The item must be in the same condition as received.
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

    Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

     

    2. Perishable & Food Product Policy

    Due to strict food safety and hygiene standards:

    • Perishable items cannot be returned.
    • Opened food products are not eligible for return.
    • Items that require refrigeration or special storage cannot be returned once shipped.

    3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
